    Gosh you have a beautiful location. For some reason my eye goes straight to that strange cloud over the central peak, perhaps letting it clear the top would have helped.
    Also I wonder what this scene might look like when the sun is a bit higher.

    Yeah that cloud was a bit of a bane that morning. That's actually the Grand Teton hiding behind that cloud, the peak was in the clear almost all morning until the sun started coming up, then the cloud moved over the peak and didn't leave until the light was completely gone. I had to take what I could get.

    No, the cloud is perfect. Well done on the colors and the shoot. There are a billion clean shots of the tetons. To hell with those. Give us the shots in the moment.

    I agree with dag. It makes this shot unlike many others. It also reminds me of a story called The Stone Cutter.
