Stupid on Ice

I like the bench in the picture and wanted the riverwall to angle through the picture but don't care for the pile of wood. Would you guys suggest a crop? I couldn't get closer due to a fence on private property.

I would not cropped out the the pile of wood.
I think you have achieved what you were looking for by having the riverwall to angle through the image.
Your composition is also very good . The bench just add that something special !

I think it can stay as it is, but the bench definetely becomes stronger and more of the subject if you crop off the left side just enough to eliminate the wood.. Both ways work fine, just depends on what it is that you want to be the strong point of the scene.
