    Still Jericho Beach...

Now this is more of a snapshot than anything else but the scene caught my eyes and I am curious to see what you guys think about it.

    regards

Hey! I have no idea where this is! LOL

This is a nice composition and subject. The colors are natural, the DOF is good and the pic is sharp.

I wonder wether a longer lens would have been better in order to bring the BG closer. I might be wrong though.

This is another shot which would have definitely benefitted from a split ND filter, in order to bring some shape to the clouds in the sky. But even without it, this works! This was a good pic opportunity.

    Cheers,

    Steph.

    Hello Steph,

This particular spot is located quite close from the Jericho youth hostel on Discovery street.

As far as I know, a longer lens would simply compress perspective which would most likely cause the VW Microbus not to stand on it's own as it does now but I might be wrong.

I hate the sky, I tried to retrieve details in it but it is just washed out. You are starting to convince me that a split ND would be convinient in several situations!

    Thank you for your imput

    Seb

I just do not remind having seen this mural there. I just do not know where this was taken. But then I do not hang often behind the yacht club.
