    splash of red

    I saw this couple coming out of the corner of my eye, does it work with the balloons ?

    I like this image but I don't think the balloons really add anything. I like it for the lines and patterns. When were you in Chicago? I was there last weekend, just a few blocks down the road from here.

    The original is nice. Sharp, well exposed. But the red balloons don't add anything to the picture IMHO. Sorry.

    I'd like to see the same (first) perspective, but on a wider lens... I'm a 35mm guys, so I'd say a 20mm ultrawide would have been really exciting on this architectural form.

    Yeah the 14mm on micro 4/3 isn't wide enough.

    Going with the name "Splash of Red" I would vote for the close up of the couple with the red reflection, "Splash of Red" of the balloons below them. I think this fits with the title of the photo, Jeff
