Cool shot. The figures seem a little too posed or not posed enough, depending on what you're going for.

This is outstanding! There really is nothing to critique on this I think, because everything works so damn well as is. I'm not worried about the posing of the 3 men. It makes me think of drunk men stumbling down the road. I also like the center-cut. I smell sticky.

There is also a lot more that you can do with this image. For better or for worse, adjust the vertical gradients on each side of the reflection, play around with hue. Its got a ton of potential end results too.

Fun photo. Great silhouettes and colors. The sequence of the men from slim to heavy also plays into this. Sort of reminds me of album cover art or something of that nature.
The poses look fun and i can almost imagine them falling into the pool.

Ha ... not sure what to say here, but definitely creative. There's actually a fellow in Laguna Beach California that doesn't something similar to this but I like yours better. Did you realize that cropping off the top half creates a pretty neat image in itself?

My only nit is that I would prefer it to be sharper, but it's still quite good. Nice work
