    Sky Vacuum

    I photographed this stunt plane at an airshow this weekend using a Nikon D70 and 300mm lens plus a 1.4x teleconverter. Tell me what you think, please.

    That second shot is one of those WOW shots for me. So much detail in the smoke and the plane and it really pops with that blue sky. I think the reflection in the planes wing helps too.

    Nice, you've used just a slow enough shutter speed to show propellor movement, rather than freeze it. Did you use a polarising filter, or was it just really nice blue sky?

    I dont need to go to any air shows.All i have to do is watch out for your pics.You are the man when it comes to these.Looking at these is better than being there.In other words, BRILLIANT PICS !!!!!

    I think...

    I think the first one is the better of the three images LL.
    It has a stronger line, which nearly divides the image in two. Plus the diagonal is good too.
