Nice job Janie! A little on the yellow side for me, but altogether pleasing to look at.

LOL when I saw that link I was expecting a real fairy....

These look like actor's head shots. I hope you don't mind but I went ahead and made this a B&W shot (using the channel mixer), and I'm telling you, you've got a great 8x10 glossy here if she should need one!

lol She's a nanny from Brazil!

I guess if she ever went on super nanny she'd need one! She's so comical and expressive, she could be an actor. She's trying to get her greencard right now though!

well, you could do your setup for real estate agents in the area. They're always needing good head shots, aren't they? Shoot with your same lighting setup, then convert in photoshop using the channel mixer (I think for the one I made, I did red @ 0, green @100, blue @75, monochrome)

Yup! That's why I bought a portable studio! I have friday booked to do 10 headshots! ;-D

A friend of mine said she can get me to shoot some actors - said I can bring my studio and set up for the day and shoot a bunch during the day. Trying to figure out a good price - I think she said they usually pay $200 for 3 rolls of film and a few 8x10s out of that, but from my Rebel D, i'm not sure.

Just perfect. I said this in your other post in Viewfinder, but there just great. Looks like a great subject to photograph and sure looks like you got some keepers!

    Nice shooting,

    Jared
