    Sectored sunset

    Only just made it to this spot before sun dropped below the horizon, so composition not the best.

    I like it, it's like the sun is about to go to war with the clouds.lol I like the timing and placement of the sun on the horizon, not over powering and blown out. Not to much blacked out foreground either. Nice job. Maybe check the supports to make sure there level.

    Thanks Greg , I often seem to have an issue with getting verticals right
    I think a wisp of cloud passing in front of it at just the right time stopped the sun blowing out.

    Gorgeous colors and clouds

    The inclusion of the bridge tower as a silhouette makes it more interesting than if it wasn't there

    armando and db thanks for the comments. The bridge is a bit of a local icon, it only has the two main cables and the vertical load bearers spanning the river, there is no base at all.

    Great sky, love the colors and unusual definition between dark clouds and bright sky.
