    The composition is very good. If you shot this in RAW, I would try an adjust to bring his eyes out more.

    maybe just a touch looser crop - maybe. Looks good as is - really like the shutter speed and how much it froze/blurred the water.

    small black border, yeah. Something to seperate the sky and the bg of the forums. I think this is a great image though, and one of the best I've seen from you. good work!

    resize canvas size, relative, select black as a color, then select a dimension. I usually use .1 inches.

    Only nitpick here is the eyes, which I believe Greg touched upon. Get a little light in around the eyes, and you've got a winner Tyson.
