Thanks Paula...I always explore you comments...you always make me think on stuff that haven't crossed my mind. Regarding the crop on the B&W is where I thinks works best (personal taste)...I did try other option but I tend to like it as is...donīt know...just works:thumbsup:

Otherwise, it's a nice portrait and a nice use of available light.
Thanks, I`m working a bit that color one with a whisker more space to the right as suggested...after seeing the result I notice that adding more to that side leaves me the feeling of too much death space, but a little more in fact aids the comp. moving the subject away from the horizontal center.

Thanks Lori, appreciate you comments  Working on the color version a bit...I`ll post it here tonight.

Thanks Frog...me too..I like it as is but adding a bit more to the right aids a bit to the composition...I`m just struggling with cloning the blinds to that side cause the ones there are king of crooked

Wow, just looked at the color version. Look, it is brilliant too, but it isn't as much about the light. In the BW one, the quality of the light on the texture on the bare forehead is amazing. It looks good in the color too, but in some ways the color is distracting...

The original color version was a bit warm for my taste....kind over the limit...maybe that was the "distracting" issue you mention. The textures improved thanks to the sharpening done on the PP.
