    Restless skys

    Hot and humid day with plenty of atmospheric action

    Pete, I admire people that can catch a rainbow. The one thing that I think would really give the finishing touch to this picture is if it had "Photo by Jeff Impey" in the corner. GREAT SHOT!!!

    A lot of nice elements here. Gets a little less clear in the storm area, and the big cloud steals some of the attention from the rainbow, I think. As nice as rainbows are, I wish it were lightning Still, a very interesting shot. Speaking of BW, try a version w/ that. Oh and fix that slight curvature (barrel distortion) in the field using PS's Lens Correction filter.

    I love this image. The sky is perfect, the rainbow is great. I do find myself wishing for some kind of foreground element, or maybe just more ground. Maybe if the grass a a bit brighter? Fanstistic overall though.

    Thanks Adamo, tried to get an old shed just up the road aways as a foreground element but the light had changed for the worse by the time I got there.
