I think the first image demonstrates great use of line and pattern. Both structured as well as free. It is very visually pleasing for me to look at. Great angle too. The background causes me a little confusion to look at, and I can't help tilting my head to the right, but I still don't think I'd change anything.

Funny, I leaned off to the right too...

pic 1 - Powerful, motion, then off I go to the upper right. I almost feel like I wouldn't be led off if it weren't for the angle...I will have to ponder further. I like it.

pic 2 - Just my taste...crop the shorts...not so appealing. If you were going for the down and dirty of a "real workout" then ignore me...I am female and easily swayed. LOL!

I guess you're right. The lines in the ceiling do lead out of the image.
Hopefully the power in the punch pulls you back in.
BamaFru - don't know if I can remove the shorts but I suppose I could crop them for you!

Doing workouts for stronger biceps is an excellent way of flexing those muscles, especially when everything is under lockdown and At home workouts for biceps there is ample time for you to engage yourself in a variety of activities. However, you should also stay away from public and crowded places to protect yourself.
