It looks to me, and from what info I get from your file, that the focus was in the right place but you might have had too slow a shutter speed for the focal length you were using. A rule of thumb that I have learned concerning shutter speed and focal length while hand holding a shot is: Use a shutter speed that is equal to or higher than the focal length.
Example; If using a focal length of 150mm, use a shutter speed of 1/150 or faster.
If using a focal length of 60mm, use a shutter speed of 1/60 or faster. etc.
I do like the framing and overall composition with all the leaves framing the bee, but the bee and some of the leaves near it need to be very sharp for the shot to be successful.
Always keep in mind the shutter speed. It is your most important setting when hand holding a shot.
