The old Rusty Truck

I saw this old pick-up on the side of the road a few weeks ago. Just recently went back and took a few pictures.
Would like any feedback on the angle of the shot.

Really like the subject and angle. The color on the truck is great. This subject has a lot of potential.
The sky is blown out on this photo and it takes away from the overall color of the photo.
A very blue sky or maybe a southern storm rolling in would lend more interest.
A really nice find. Can't wait to see more of this old timer.

I love this angle. Captures the full body, and also the grill which adds a nice component. I might of moved a tad to the right, just to get a little more of the body in there, but it works great as it is.

THis is a very very nice picture, the angle is good and everything is good, i would think it to be cool to see the rest of the picture b/w and the truck color and the other thing might be u going back to were the truck was on a nicer day

Hey Scott, you have a great subject here and I love the colors. I like your comp. as well and I would love to see more. I would like to see some close up shots of just certain parts of the truck, and not the whole truck. Not to take anything away from this shot, cause I think it's very nice, but I would like to see some more shots of other areas to go along with this. Very nice!

Hi Scott, I'm happy to see that you went back to this old truck. I think you nailed this one. I too would like to see a side view. It looks like there might have been a sign on the door at one time. One more thing, do a re-take on this one with a bluer sky. Awesome job brother.

The colors and angle are quite nice. I keep passing an old overturned rusted out car on I-10 when I drive to San Antonio. One of these days, I'm going to have to do the same thing. Just one question though, were the doors locked? ;)

Scott, while the sky is somewhat blown out, this is a pretty good shot. I Love the angle, as you have captured the entire vehicle in a charming kind of way. The especially love the color. This was a pretty lucky find. You should print this and frame it.

If you go back, I'd like to see that truck against a sky enhanced with a polarising filter.
It's got a lot of potential there, and I think a nice sky would make it better.
