I'm probably not seeing what you saw here Tuna.
Composition wise I'm not at all sure about the inclusion of the background crowd, hence I'm wondering, if it were excluded, would it be more interesting just to have the man and the pink chair and his grand daughters (?) umbrella only. Then we see the idea that the girl is not far away but is under the safe and watchful eye of grandad.

I get what you mean by the title and it did give me a laugh when i opened the image. But as one continues to view the image we can see it may be more as Knight stated. I like the shot, and i think the framing is excellent. I differ from Tom in this in that I think the part inclusion of the group in the bg is just right to bring to us the surroundings

As usual Tuna, nice street photography.
I get what you saw in this photo and think you did a great job of capturing the moment. I like how he is not looking at the camera and he is kinda looking off in the distance, not noticing how he looks in his current situation. (it would have been interesting to see a defiant stare from him tho?) Nice composition, I like how the chair is centered and the color leads you right to the man with the umbrella.

I think it would have been nice without the people, it would have been a little more odd...but when doing this type of photography you take what your given and make it look good. You did that here.
I like your sense of humor and would have tried to capture the same moment.
