This photo looks pretty roughly scanned, got soem dust and bad contrast. You could probably fix it up pretty well in photoshop though.
Other than that it doesnt really seam to have a definite point to it, could maybe have included the whole barrier pole thing?
BTW, you should probably be posting your pics under one topic (ie. post one, then reply to it and put your second pic in the reply. That way it doesnt take up all the space
