    Lotus

It's time for lotus to blossom again in HK. All thoughts and comments are welcome.

I like all of them. A real mystical atmosphere about all of them.

Beautiful PS work. It kinda looks like the flowers were blowing in the wind and you used a longish shutter speed.
Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap, but memories are priceless.

    Smile Re: Lotus

Thanks thapamd, Piet, jar_e, and PhotoGimp for your generous comments. Here are some technical notes which you may be interested in.

    Camera: EOS33
    Film: RVP (expired).

Basically I am using double-exposure to create this effect. I took the first shot with all subjects out-focued and the second shot with the lotus in focus. I also tried to shot twice with different focuses on different lotuses.

    Cheers,

    Alex

    Hi Alex,
Beautiful shots! The chosen exposure technique is very appropriate for the subject.
