Los Angeles highway at night...

During a recent Christmas trip to Los Angeles, our hotel was on the 20th floor. I turned off all the lights in the room and set up the camera on a tripod and aimed it at the highway (er...excuse me...they're known as freeways out there) for about 10 seconds and got this shot. Sorry it's so small, I'm at work and don't have the large version here, but I'd like to crop a little closer to the signs.

Any comments? Does this work? Thanks!

As long as you crop off the negative space in the top left, your good. The signs are a little hard to read, but in a larger version I think it would be fine!

The crop works much better. This is not bad as it keeps me looking at the signs and imagining all the streaks of lights racing to their destinations. Some needing the signs for guide and others travel this so often they don't even look at the signs. Great colors against the dark night as well.

I like the crop too. What really makes the shot interesting to me is the camera's bouncing for part of the shot. Must have been movement of the whole building.
