    Little Feet

My 3yr old, watching tv. He was sucked in pretty good, so I was able to get off a few shots before he realized what I was doing. I like'd it so much that I printed it and pinned it up on my cubicle wall here at work. That probably was more to do with the fact that he's my kid than how good a pic it is.

    Comments please!

    Thanks!

Well spotted! I think it's a strong image, especially in B/W. The position of his feet is interesting enough to love this picture, even if this is not your son. Well done.

Thanks!!! This image didn't look good at all in color. The carpet wasn't vacuumed and cat hair and lint were visible.. The colors clashed bad enough, and the dim light coming in through the window made it look even worse... Making it B&W wasn't a tough choice!!

    Thanks again!

Love the choice of B&W and the simple nature of this shot. Very good eye / idea. Nicely balanced, well-exposed... all in all a good one for the ole archives.

Nicely seen. Have you thought about cropping the top a little?

Actually, it is cropped quite a bit, and I havn't thought about cropping it any more. Do you think it'd look better cropped more? I'll give it a try and see what I think.. Thanks...

That's flattering coming from you. I've admired many of your photographs, and I've only taken up photography as a hobby about 3 months ago, althought I've allways liked taking pictures. Thanks!

Good eye! I think it could use darker blacks though.

That's always been my down fall with B&W photo's... I don't think my monitor is calibrated very well, neither's my printer. Printed, it has more contrast. I realize now that I need to get my monitor calibrated if I want to make better photos..

A great shot to capture! Very nice perspective.
