there is to much empty space between them , and wish i could see more of the handler but great timing on this photo

There are a lot of good things in this photo, the background, the owl and the perch. But my first reaction is that the face and hand are a bit creepy. So yeah, maybe too close or a different angle would be in order. Or just crop.
