Last minute picture

Here’s a shot I took last night after an evening of birdwatching. This isn’t my normal type of photography so I would really love to hear from others what they think and what they might have done differently.

The image was shot using a Digital Rebel XT and EF 100-400 IS lens.

I love it, great colour, great silhoettes, great compostion, and the windmill really makes it different, most silhoettes are people, trees, barns etc, but the windmill makes it stand out. Too bad the wind wasn't going toward the setting sun to get more of the blades. Good job
