If I were you I'd crop a bit off the left, a tiny bit off the top and also give the brightness a slight boost. Some sharpening might help too, since the camera quite possibly focused on her nose instead of on the eyes. (Too dark to tell accurately). As for the window reflections – they don't bother me at all – in fact, I think they actually add to the overall "feeling".
