I have a total lack of respect for anything connected with society, except that which makes the roads safer, the beer stronger, the food cheaper, and the old men and old women warmer in the winter and happier in the summer. Brendan Behan
Tom, i also like your framing here. It goes along way into bringing a ordinarysubject into an interesting vision. Tow points to improve this; First, as suggested already, having more or stronger lighting falling into the foreground or at least highlighting the box would have been great ( you may be able to pull out a bit in PS) and second, I would have liked to have seen this shot from a slightly lower vantage point. That would bring the peak of the litter box up over the wooded rail and create a more 3 dimensional impact. I find the bg very interesting and the lower vantage point would also bring a bit more of it to the scene. Those are merely suggestions for improving, but i like how you have captured this as it is.
Thanks You you all for your constructive comments.
I accept your criticism concerning the light on the box and I shall remedy this should I choose to print this.
You are right Gary about the peak of the box being lost in the rail but I never honestly noticed this.
Thanks for that.
Tom
