    I wish...

THe first real melt we had, it was close to 60 degrees. I saw this and imagined what it would look like in the summer, boosted the saturation in PS and applied selective curves adjustments to bring out the sky. Not as much a photo as an illustration of what I'd like to see...sort of.

For anyone considering the 17-40, it is amazing. At 100% stopped down to f/16 you can make out the leaves on the two big trees, without any lack of sharpness or chromatic aberation.

How to tell the most experienced shooter in a group? They have the least amount of toys on them.

    Lightbulb Good sky....

I like the blue sky, in my opinion it dominates the picture. My eyes started at the bottom and went up..up...and up.

    I like it

Yeah, in a way the trees are just a sort of anchor to give scale to the sky...

    Thanks for your time!!
