You have to signed in, the picture has to be less than 800 pixels both horizontally and vertically, and has to be less than 293 kb in size ...also, it has to be a .jpg, .gif or .bmp file - check your photo and make sure it meets all t hose guidelines ...maybe you know all this already ...so sorry if I am repetitive or just adding to you frustration :-)
