    Follow-up

I'm about ready to get the bulk of my work for my show enlarged, but I remember I promised to post images of the re-shoot for the Botticelli's Venus image.

This is the one I'm currently going with. However, the contact sheets are at the following link if you'd like to see the whole product of my madness!

BTW, I'm also co-curating a show concurrent with my solo show. I posted the info in the News forum.

    Thanks for looking!

    Megan,

Thanks for posting your work here. It looks good to me, although I wouldn't be the one to give you a good assessment, since I don't know enough about this type of work to make a fair "critique." What I do like is the reflection of the face on the right.

You must be so excited to be having your own show. I'm sure you will do great. Keep us posted, please. We've missed you around here!

    Re: Follow-up

This is growing on me Megan.
I liked it when you first showed it to me, but I think I like it even more now.
Especially since you are showing it here alone, rather than with all of the others.
It kind of looks like you have a bit of a multiple exposure going on in the first and or second frame. Which is GOOD!
I like what you have done with this technique. I am glad I could help out with it.

    Thanks everyone!

Thanks for looking and commenting. I AM excited about having a solo show. It's been a lot of hard work, but so worth it. And pulling a lot of extra shifts at work to be able to afford the prints and mounting. Ouch. I'm still in a bit of sticker shock. It's going to cost about $1000 more than I anticipated because of several factors. Yowza.

Gahspidy, thanks for the info, I haven't forgotten, I've just been crazy busy!
