Well this is worthy of a complement, although it would be nice if you had posted the image rather than a link. A lot of members will not bother to checkout a link due to various issues with spammers etc.

Excellent composition, excellent exposure in both the dark areas and the light ones. He looks very comfortable -- I hope he's not getting paid by the hour.
I really like the subject and composition. Nice details around to look at without being overly busy. I would try dodging the man lightly and try a seperate him from the backgound just a touch, not much. Mostly his head. Other than that is a fine image, nice work.
