Hi,
I recently purchased a Canon 300D and this was my first weekend out using it. I took this picture of my wife in Richmond Park, England.
The white sky is the original, with the other having been adjusted in photoshop. I also included a shot without my wife.
Shot details: 50mm zoom, 5 av, 1/125 ss
I have two questons:
i) Why does my wife look so super imposed into the picture? I have number of photos that have this same effect. How can I prevent this? I only have 18-55 lens.
ii) Given the scene and subject (my wife!), how might have I done this shot differently for improved results? Am I just on to a looser by trying to combine landscape and portait in one shot? I would appreciate it if you could post or point me in the direction of similar type shots that have been done well.
Thanks
Ian
p.s. I am just a beginner so go easy on me :-)
