What do you guys think I can improve in this photo? I have done some minimal edits and when I try more significant edits, it just doesn't look right.

Nice photo, but the horizon line cuts the picture in half. Maybe if you tried raising or lowering the horizon by cropping some off of the top or bottom and moving it out of the center, Jeff

Try cropping a slight amount from the top and also the right and post a larger picture.

I personally don't mind the half-cut horizon here. good exposure and color. Definitely clone out the electric line. I agree its hard to critique such a small photo, if you could post a bigger one it could help us to examine the details.
