    Re: An evening promise

I'd have jumped on a roof too.
If you're using photoshop there's a filter for removing camera shake blur...never used it but remember seeing it.
They are pretty darn good for hand held but it might help.

Hi,Thanks Ya'll Climbing to the roof top was easy.I'm just glad I had my gear with me.The light was amazing, constantly changing. To stabilize the shots. I sat on the roof, used the elbow in the knees technique.
Image 4 is raising some eyebrows over in the Critique Photo Gallery. It has gotten great + feedback there as well. :O)

I appreciate all your comments, ideas, advice. Thanks!

Very nice shots! I am curious as to why you got rid of the power lines and left the second pole in #4, Jeff

    Re: An evening promise

Great catch. I like # 2 (from the top) the best. The poles give it depth and a vanishing point, plus, makes it seem like the lines are getting their juice from where the light is emitting. It all works.

If I were you I would rotate the image till the pole is basically straight/plum. There is also quite a number of artifacts around the objects there - compression or something. They need to go if you can fix it.

All in all, considering the hoops you jumped thru, I'd say they're pretty well done.
