Was this a reshoot? I like it, it's nice and contrasty, thought the background is (still) distracting. The background window adds a nice touch, yet it seems very crammed in there. I love the tones here, just the composition is iffy,

Could you have pulled back a litte more? To me, I think that if there was more house or yard I'd like this better. Either that or if you were going for something more abstract, come in closer.
