    third and fourth

    hi there

the fourth is the most stiking ( although a bit dark) but hey I like it ,what can I say...is it a plant or glass or what is it?

the third is interesting and the colors are appealing...but has too much sky for as much skyline...I'd like to see more skyline to even out the weight of the shot...as it stands the city looks like it's disappearing rather than standing.

    just my two cents

This is a very interesting post. All of the images show a lot of creativity and expertise. I love the final submission. Great color and light, the abstract feel lends itself well to the subject and style of the image. The cityscapes are a little over PS'ed for my taste, but they certainly do standout with the work that you did to them. As always you prove yourself to be one of the leaders on this site. Thanks for sharing.

Two City Scapes and "Spaghetti Thing"

I really like the second city-scape; a very interesting perspective. The colors and shape of the last image are pretty cool too. Nice work!

    Re: Downtown Pictures

Thank you for your comments, I really appreciated your feedbacks, I’ll try to crop and lighten the second city landscape. Basically what I did is swapping red and blue color channels (a tip I read on internet) and change saturation. The last one, it is the top of a glass sculpture from Dale Chihuly:

    http://www.chihuly.com/installations.../tower001.html

exposed in the Abravanel Hall in Salt Lake, I isolated the sculpture by changing the background to black and increase the saturation of the red channel a little bit.

    Thx

    Seb

I like the first city scape. It looks like it is one of those moments that can really happen but when you never have the camera.
