don't konw how to fix this

I like this photo; however, I can't seem get rid of the (stupidly) placed TV screen on the right of the photo. I didn't see it when I took the pic because I was playing around and I just lifted my camera above the flowers and snapped. I have tried cloning and that didn't work out well at all--or rather my cloning skills are horrible.

    yeeeelp!

    and I can't spell...KNOW....jeepers. I need coffee!

I don' think you really can fix it. It would be easier to reshoot, methinks...

Hey Nicci, i can see why you want to save this. Its a beautiful shot except for the screen. there would be an awful lot of work cloning and replacing the screen area and getting it to look like it was not cloned. It really would not be worth it, especially when you can shoot this anytime. . .assuming this was in your own home. Practice shots on these flowers, using different lighting and keeping in mind whats in the background and so on.
    Keep going.

I'm still learning what I'm doing but this is a quick try. Not great but did get rid of the TV. I think the reshoot would be the way to go, Jeff

thanks everyone. I did a little cloning with layers, erasing, adding a border to try and cover up my errors and came up with something...it was beyond ugly...it was FUUUUGLY

I will have to reshoot.:mad2: :mad2: :mad2: :cryin: :cryin: :cryin: :cryin: if they don't die before I get around to it. Essay tests this week.

food for thought, it looks like your af took over and didn't give you the best focal point on that one anyway as the stamen(?) of the flower is way soft.
