This one has nice colors and some interesting curves. What it's missing is the technical execution to make it a really good shot. It's really too soft, though I am not sure if that's because it's out of focus, if you used too slow a shutter speed to hand hold, or if the sprout was moving (or all three). Compositionally, it is probably too centered. It helps to put the subject slightly off center. Finally, though I like the colors, wow that is a distracting background. But I think it works to create a vibrant image.
