    Hi K,
The first photo has potential. The reflection and the colour are good elements. I wish the flamingos would be in a certain pattern or geometric shape for the viewer to contemplate. Good attempt.

I love the pictures of the loins. They all seem to be looking at the same thing. I wonder what it would look like if you leveled the rock they are on in photoshop? I went to the zoo in Atlanta a few weeks ago, the pandas are here, but all the animals wanted to do was sleep with thier rear ends pointed at you. I think they knew I had my camera. What kind of lens did you have? A local farmer has some Buffalo that I want to shoot. I can only get about 50 to 100 yards from them.

These were taken w/ a Kodak DX640 that has a SCHNEIDER-KREUZNACH lens. The pic of the lions was taken without a tripod. I was very lucky the to hold the camera still enough to get that shot at max zoom.

    Kyflash,

I like the reflection of the flamingos in the water and how they pop out in the scene (color wise). The inclusion of the branchs could be interesting as they create a certain pattern but I find the dof to be problematic. I think that the picture would be more efficient if the branchs where slightly blurry, with a sharp focus on all the flamingos.

I like your lions shot. The diagonal is interesting. I'd simply do a very slight crop to get rid of the little patch of grass in the lower right corner (perhaps it's a nitpick but my attention get drawn there).
