Thanks, I have looked at your work, and enjoy it much. Last time I posted this photo (different forum) all I got was nasty replies. Then again, one's art is another's trash. I never cared for the typical photo. I want to go where most don't... exactly the purpose for this dying flower. Thought it looked like a bursting star.

I love the DOF on this shot, yet it's just too centered for me. Remember to maximize the rule of thirds on any shot like this.
