I love it too. Too bad you couldn't get an unobstructed view of the steeple.

    well captured,
different focal point yet they're not "jockeying" for space.
too bad there isn't a clear path to the building

Really cool, love the B&W for this shot. Really classic and the focus is just right!

Nice, crisp and clear. I really enjoy the quality of grey on the front of the trees. Excellent capture.

A very nice picture. It may be a good idea to try and clone out the little sliver of street lamp on the right side.

Very nice, ctn. Nice composition in placing the house in the distance very low and emphasizing the tall ominous trees with the twisting branches. I like also that you did not tweak the contrast to death here. I really like the softness in tones and contrast in the lower portion of the pic and there is some eye popping contrast as we go higher up the trees. Nicely done, with a good mood to it

I like your image, and congrats on your sticky. It is a little softer than it should be though, did you sharpen after resizing? Also, I would consider cropping some off the top to recompose the house more towards the 1/3rd point (not that it looks bad as is, just that it could be better). Good scary shot Would look great around Halloween.

Great image which has a moody feel to with the black and white. As mentioned by another it could maybe have a bit more sharpening

    Re: City walk at dusk

I thought I'd commented on this! Belated congrats.

You've somehow managed to transform the everyday into a very dramatic image with tons of atmosphere. DR is fantastic; the detail really makes the image. Beautiful processing. And I love that you chose the angle and focal length that you did.

I'd never have seen this shot in the first place, let alone be able to capture and present it the way you did.
