Great capture! Might want try cloning out the weeds and the wires and you could have a poster. I'm also wondering, since you kinda mentioned it, if it might be more effective with the lid up. But its a very humorous shot as is.
My mom is 88 years old and has told me stories about having to use an outside toilet before in the winter and now I can see just how bad it must have been. Nice shot! Jeff

This looks fun Greg. I feel that the crop is too tight here; I think had you shown us more of it's surroundings the end result would have been even more enjoyable.
The wire and weeds must stay where they are.
I have a total lack of respect for anything connected with society, except that which makes the roads safer, the beer stronger, the food cheaper, and the old men and old women warmer in the winter and happier in the summer. Brendan Behan
Thanks all. I haven't used an outside toilet I would admit to since I was a kid.LOL Tom here is a very close to uncropped version. Just right of frame is the edge of the wall and street. Just left of frame a garage door. I felt the further out I pulled the less impact the toilet had.LOL... But feel free to crop this one if you wish. I went back and forth myself a lot before I chose the first version. I thought the sign was a bit centered on the second version.

Nice shot! I agree that the first is a better pic cause of the 'centering' of the sign but I also think that a wider angle might have been more interesting. Of course, not knowing what was outside that view I am only speculating.
it certainly makes you wonder, I am at least glad to see that the toilet is broken and not set up to work out there! But a little worried why someone might have put it there, by that sign no less. Great shot, great attention to geometry as usual Greg!
Anbesol thanks. This is at an old antique mall. It is being remodeled, I think. Thanks Frog I guess I could go back on a cloudy day and the shadows wouldn't be there.
