    The blown out sky pulls your eyes away from the primary subject, I think it might help to crop this down to the top of the trees on the left.

    I think you need a clear subject. The rail and power lines lead really to nothing. Someone looking over the side of the bridge, a sunrise/set. ect. I see where you were going though.
