I think you have great color in the water, and the the depth of field works for catching everything, but it looks like you sharpened it to much judging by the grain in the sky. I'm pretty sure you can mask layers in paint.net...if you can be more selective about what you're sharpening by masking out what doesn't need it, that can help.
