    I think this shot has great potential! The beams of light streaking from the sky is awesome, but your pic feels a little flat overall. I hope you don't mind, but I played with it in Photoshop for a couple of seconds and got someting with less midtones as an overall visual.

    I like both of them and feel this is from too high a viewing shot to capture a silhoutte even if there was a boat there. Good one.

    Thanks for all your comments on this pic - i took it a few weeks ago in Gernsey and its been my "wall paper" ever since then
