It's beautiful, bright rainbow but I'm not crazy about the foreground. I think it would be nice if there was another vertical element in the shot, perhaps a tree or windmill or barn and silo.
Since rainbows can be fleeting I think it's imortant to take a couple quick shots to get at least get something and then start hunting for an interesting foreground element. Perhaps just getting low to the ground along side a fence and having the fence lead into the shot would work.
