    Re: Alone

Another winner Love the colors and simple, peaceful composition. My only nitpick might be just a hair more fill light on the boat to bring out a little more of it's detail. Well done regardless though

On Golden Pond indeed. Very beautiful and peaceful.

Absolutely beautiful shot. I really like the autumn colors and the reflections. The boat is the icing on the cake.

    Well done.

Love the simplicity and colours. It drives home the message you're trying to portray really well. Well done.

This is stunning. I especially like the light on the rocks along the bank.

    Re: Alone

You are no "Junior Member" if you take photos like this.

What works; great use of colors and just enough water at the bottom for full reflection of the boat and tree colors.

What could be better; the whole image is rather dark and although it is hard to tell with an image this small the trees in the back seem to be soft.
    No, I DON'T need that.

I had the same thought, I think we have a ringer here You've set a pretty high bar and we're expecting many more beautiful shots.

Oh wow... this would make a nice feature. Warming filter?

    Re: Alone

collargoll - Another great one. Seems a little dark on my monitor, but I don't trust this monitor. I do wish that the water was a little brighter with respect to the trees. The placement of the rowboat is great, and I like the rope coming off it.
