Olympus and Panasonic still focused on MFTs

You and me both. I am thinking late this year around Christmas or maybe 2011. I hope they aren't going to ditch DSLR's all together in favor of the m4/3rd stuff. I was wondering would the next pro body be mirror less like the m4/3rds.

at the PMA this year they assured everyone that they'd be developing 4/3rds along side m4/3rds, but that for the mo the micro had dominance.

Well they certainly hit a homerun with the m4/3rd cameras. I am very impressed with them and the speed in which they hit the market and upgrading from one to another. It seemed the EP-1 wasn't out long before the EP-2 came out. I would certainly expect a killer pro body soon. Probably with a touch screen and a better sensor. I am still waiting for a built in ND grad. I know it can be done in the firmware. It seems a simple task to me.
But they better give me a slice of the pie since it was my idea.LOL

here is a question, do you think that they have make a better sensor at this point with the limitations of the FT size.
The more Pixels Density they add, it will increase noise in the same magnitude. Other than features i dont think they can increase anything more on the Pro Body as in Noise reduction and stuff. So it might end up being a E-3 with more features (E-30 type Artistic modes) but same iso's, sensor size and so on.

I think better IQ would be the whole point. Si I would be very disappointed if not.
