What I find amazing is that it seems that the camera man was standing down range while he was shooting the balloons.

This guy would be a good person to feature on the show Time Warp. It's a show where they take things and film them with a super high speed camera.

When they show the slow motion, it appears he is shooting at the ground a few feet in front of him
He's very fast but I'd be more impressed if he can actually hit something at that speed.

If you get the chance see some of the Extreme Marksmen shows on the History channel.
They are as or more impressive than this guy.
Saw a guy hit 4 targets, 3 times each in under one second last time.
