    Re: today's favorite song?

I had to post because the song was so good, Black eyed blues, Joe Cocker The Anthology disk 2. I tend to like blues and country music when making prints. I am done now and am listening to "Blues after hours" by Pinetop Perkins from Alligator records 20th Anniversary Collection. These songs exemplify two perspectives of a genre.

Even though it was mine and Carla's anniversary today, there was no romance "song of the day" wise for me. For some reason the song that stuck with me was "Shout At The Devil" by Motley Crue...LOL Yep, was listening to the Hair Metal station at work again today

Sally & Jack by Michael Perry

    Listen here.

Michael Perry is the author of Popultion 485, Truck: A Love Story, and Off Main Street. He was in town last night to do a book reading/signing, and to play with his band, The Long Beds. It was a great show!
