    Up close with some Heron's!

    Some nesting shots of Cattle Egrets & Tri colored Heron

    1. Cattle Egret with chick



    2. Adults transferring food from one to the other to feed the chicks

    awesome shots.

    are the nests that low that you can stand on the ground and get pretty even with them? like side shots as opposed to looking up at them? or do you have a trick to get higher?

    Nest are actually this low. There is a boardwalk that passes through the area and the nest are eye level, some as close as 2 fwt away!
