    Sea Gull portrait

    I posted another one up in the Viewfinder forum but this is a different photo I shot this the same day, Jeff

    Nikon D90
    Sigma 135-400 APO lens taken at 400mm hand held. No stabilization
    Shutter speed 1/2500
    F 7.1
    ISO 400

    Thanks everyone for your replies and comments. I am just starting to try and figure out this lens and what settings to use to get decent pictures. I am very happy with this shot but some I take are soft and I am working on the right combination that works the best. Thanks again, Jeff
