    Red Shouldered Hawk

    Today in Brevard County, we had clouds all day long. They did however provide some nice light for this Red Shouldered Hawk that was eating a softshelled turtle.

    Your pictures are fabulous!! (but I always hate anything that even remotely resembles gore -- yes, I have a weak stomach when it comes to that)

    These are some great images Ira! I too like #2, but 4 and 5 are just as nice.

    Beautiful Ira! I'm about to post a couple hawk shots myself but they are nowhere near as good as yours!
