Hawk on the street light infront of my house.

This hawk(i think, any specific ID to this bird?) was sitting on the lightpost right infront of my house. too bad it was a gloomy blah day out. it was shot through a window also, with my 400mm L glass, so if you see any softness, its probably from the glass pane.
